Pets:

I grew up with golden retrievers... so I when I saw a handsome two year old Goldie on petfinder.com almost five years ago, I went to get him the next day! I also rescued the gorgeous girl in the picture with me— her name is Zelda and she’s three (and a bit bigger now) 😊

Favorite Animal: 

Dogs. Always have been, always will be. Apparently as a child, I used to tell anyone who would listen that I wanted to BE a dog when I grew up. Dog sitter is close enough! 

Favorite thing about pet sitting:

I love learning about different breeds and hearing sweet rescue stories. Plus, the snuggles are real. 

Favorite song or lyric: 

Instead of doing the annoying thing where I tell you about my wide range of music interests, I’ll tell you that I’m STILL listening to the Hamilton Soundtrack (and Mixtape) after seeing it in October.

I’m not a bad rapper; see above.

When I am not pet sitting I'm:

working for the Alzheimer's Association, spending time with my family & boyfriend, or singing songs to my pups

Pets:

I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by lots of animals my entire life that were of many different breeds/species! Currently, my whole world revolves around a Golden Retriever named Jude (not choosing favorites or anything). I also have a Labradoodle named Lucy, a Husky mix named Arlo and a Giant Schnoodle named Benji. I have two cats named Aaron and Ellie, two adorable pigs named Bailey and Maria, and two Donkeys named Hugo and Luna. 

Favorite Animal:

This is far too hard of a question. I love them all! Outside of dogs, I adore elephants and deer. Both are so gentle and kind. 

Favorite Thing About Pet Sitting:

Getting to interact with other animal lovers and of course loving on all the furry friends. 

Favorite Song/Lyric:

I don’t think I have a favorite song. There are too many to choose from because I love all music and grew up surrounded by it. My favorite orchestral piece of all time is Dvorak’s Symphony No. 9 in E minor. 

Hidden Talent:

 I play many instruments but went to college with the oboe/English horn. 

When I'm Not Pet Sitting, I'm:

working on finishing my PhD dissertation in Math, running/working out, and watching sports!
