+ What is "In Home Pet Sitting"?

In-Home Pet Sitting means your pet stays in the comfort of their own home while you are away. This eliminates any unnecessary stress for them plus keeps them in their normal routine, regimen & environment! This also means we are there to take care of any general home tasks such as bringing in the mail, turning on/off lights, etc.

+ What is a "Professional" Pet Sitter?

We are licensed, bonded and insured as well as pet first aid and CPR certified. We use an online software which holds our pet sitters accountable for their schedules, and have a constant open line of communication with our clients! We are organized, reliable, and dependable so that you can rest assured knowing your pets are getting the best care possible while you're away. We are prepared to handle any situation to make sure your pets needs are being met and that they are comfortable and happy at all times!

*Pinellas: East Lake, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Clearwater (North of 60)

+ We Heard You Use An Online Software. How Does That Work?

We use an online software that allows each client to create their own personal profile where you can update your home & pet information at any time! Our clients can schedule services, view scheduled services, make payments, & much more all from one convenient place. There is a conversation tab where you can contact us at any time, and you will also receive a photo & update along with every service! There is a desktop version, mobile version, & an app so you're able to access and update your information anywhere. For current clients, you can sign into your personal portal by heading to our "Contact" tab, then selecting the "Client Portal Login" page.

+ Do You Have Any References/Reviews?

Absolutely! You can head over to our Facebook page (simply click the Facebook icon at the bottom of our site!) to see what other customers are saying. We also have reviews on Google as well!

+ Why Do You Use a Lockbox System?

We provide key lockboxes (which are yours to keep) for a variety of reasons. We feel that your key is much safer in a locked box on your property than in your pet sitter’s car or home. Mishaps can occur and this system has proven to be the safest, and most secure option - eliminating many potential problems. You do not need to put the lockbox on your front door; you may hide it in another secure location on your property. Your sitter will return your key to the designated spot after each pet sitting visit. Plus, if your pet sitter has an emergency and is unable to complete your visits, we will always be able to send a back-up pet sitter if your key is on your property.

+ What Will I Need For the Meet & Greet?

We ask that you please provide a copy of any necessary keys or fobs that we will need to enter your home.

+ What Type of Pets Do You Care For?

All of them! We have no restrictions on sizes, breeds or species! We always include a free meet & greet for new clients so that we have a chance to go over their care and make sure we are the perfect fit.

+ How Do I Pay For a Service?

We use an online software for all of our scheduling. You will receive your own unique login information and an emailed invoice anytime you have upcoming services. We do require payment before services begin - you can either login through PayPal to pay the invoice online at this time, or you can leave cash/check at the first service.

+ What's Your Cancellation Policy?

We of course ask that you let us know as soon as possible, but in the event that you cancel with less than 48 hours notice our policy is as follows:

*Less than 48 hours: We retain or collect 50% of amount due

*Less than 24 hours: We retain or collect 100% of amount due

+ How Far in Advance Do I Need to Book?

The sooner the better, but we always encourage booking at least a week out.

+ Do You Provide Service on Holidays?

Yes! We have limited availability on these dates so please let us know in advance. We charge an additional fee of $10 per visit and $20 per overnight for all major holidays.

+ So You Marry Dogs?

Oh boy! No, we do not marry dogs. We help human couples include their pet(s) in their wedding!

+ Why Do I Need to Hire a Professional Pet Sitter for My Wedding?

Going with a professional and using our services means that you will not have to worry about a thing & your pet will have a fun-filled, stress-free day! Not to mention, everyone you trust with your pet is a part of your wedding day & you want them to be present & stress free as well! Our background in hospitality and events play a key role in making sure everything runs seamlessly; we communicate and coordinate with the necessary vendors and remain flexible as we know wedding timelines are ever changing, even on the day of! We come equipped with a goodie bag full of supplies (poop bags, lint rollers, puppy wipes etc.)

+ My Dog is Crazy - There is No Way My Dog Can Be in the Wedding... Right!?

We actually hear this all of the time. We customize our services to perfectly fit the needs of you & your pet; whether it be bringing them for photos only or planning a day full of tons of exercise, we are confident we can create an experience so your pet will be happy & comfortable! We always include a free meet & greet where we take time to get to know each other, and your dog, and help determine what the best fit for their individual needs & personality will be.

+ I've Seen Your Videos From the Pet's Perspective... How Do You Take the Footage?!

We follow your pup around on their FairyTail adventure - capturing the candid, heartwarming moments that only a dog can bring. While it may look like your pet is the videographer (& we give them all the credit!) we are actually taking the majority of the footage with our multiple GoPro cameras. This allows us to adjust the angles, create different perspectives, and avoid shaky footage making for a one-of-a-kind wedding video for you to share & look back on with friends and family for the rest of your life! + What if They Can't Be in the Ceremony?

Whatever the reason, giving your pet a role in your ceremony is not the only way to include them in the day! We offer many different options for you and your pet, including just bringing them for photos.

+ What if My Venue is Not Pet Friendly?

We will work with your venue to determine the limits to their policies and how we can still include your pet in the day. Often, venues do not allow pets because they cannot be held liable for them. As a Licensed, Bonded & Insured Pet Sitting Company, we are able to cover the venue and once they understand that we are solely their for the pet and their needs they are much more receptive to adjusting this policy. However, if the venue is strictly not pet friendly, we will work with you to discuss other ways that your pet can still be a part of the day, including just bringing them for photos.

+ Do You Provide Transportation?

Yes, transportation is included in all of our packages!

+ Do You Only Include Dogs?

No, we are open to all animals. We always include a free meet & greet to go over the specific needs of your pet & to determine the best way to help include them in your special day!

+ Can You Help Include Our Pet in Our Engagement Photos?

Absolutely! We take care of everything involved so that you and your fiance are able to focus on having fun & your photographer is able to focus on capturing the perfect shots! Head on over to our "Photo Shoots" page to learn more!

+ Do You Only Do Weddings in the Tampa Area?

We also cover the Orlando and Sarasota area and are absolutely available for travel outside of that! Let us help create a special experience for you & your pet on one of the most important days of your life!

+ How Much Does This Service Cost?

We have a variety of different packages that can fit into almost any budget. We know that every wedding & the needs of every couple and their pet are completely unique, which is why we customize each package and quote for our clients to perfectly fit all of your needs. We like to set up a free meet & greet giving us the chance to discuss everything in more detail & put together a package & quote with exactly what you're looking for while making sure that everyone, including your pup, is completely comfortable!

+ How Do You Accept Payment?

We simply require a 50% deposit to reserve your date, with the other 50% being due two weeks before your wedding date. We accept cash, check, Venmo & PayPal.
